Planning Consent for a first phase development of approximately 200 dwellings was granted in 2014. The land was drawn down in two tranches from the landowner. A first phase of 90 houses was completed and sold in 2017 and A C Lloyd will be completing the development of the remaining houses towards the end of 2019
