A 150 acre site located to the south of Leamington Spa that is being developed to provide 900 new homes, a new primary and secondary school and country park. Previous phases have been built out by AC Lloyd Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon.
The final phase of 150 new homes has outine planning permission and is due to be commenced later in 2024 once a development partner has been selected.
