AC Lloyd working with Minns Network Developments has acquired a 5.7 acre site in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire

A key site in Prince’s Risborough is to be turned into an employment hot spot after being bought by a Midlands property company.
AC Lloyd, based in Leamington Spa, has bought the 5.7 acre site off Summerleys Road, close to the town’s railway station. Terms have already been agreed on one acre with a local company looking to relocate to the site.
AC Lloyd, working with Minns Network Developments as development managers, will be bringing forward a planning application to develop a range of commercial units which could total 90,000sq ft and could bring more than 100 jobs to the site.
Des Wynne, of AC Lloyd, said: “There are few opportunities to acquire land in the Wycombe District and we are very pleased to have the opportunity of acquiring this site which we believe has considerable potential for a range of commercial uses, in a location that is undergoing significant growth.
“We have great experience in developing these sorts of sites and bringing them back to economic life and thereby stimulating the local economy. That is exactly what we intend to do here.”
AC Lloyd and Minns Network Developments are currently developing an 85,000 sq ft building for the leading global manufacturer of cleaning equipment, Kärcher UK, for its new UK headquarters, further up the M40 corridor at Banbury.
The site forms part of the Princes Estate, formerly the Building Research Establishment, and was owned by the Homes and Communities Agency.
Will Winterson, of Minns Network Developments, said: “We are out in the market looking to attract high profile companies to expand or relocate to the town in view of the excellent connectivity of the site and its future rail links.”
