Banbury s lcoated 80 miles north west of London, 41 miles south east of Birmingham, 32 miles south of Coventry and 21 miles north of Oxford. Banbury Point is located directly off junction 1 of the M40 and occupies a highly prominent position visible from the motorway.
Banbury benefits from a fast rail service to Oxford (20 mins), Birmingham (53 mins) and London Marylebone (53 mins). The town has an expanding population in excess of 43,000 with a ready supply of people seeking employment.

The site can be accessed by exiting the M40 at junction 11 and taking the third exit off the first foundabout (Wildmere Road). At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Brookhill Way.
