A C Lloyd successfully secured an allocation of this land of 90 acres approx. for some 500 dwellings in the Local Plan which was adopted in November 2017. A full team of consultants were then assembled, and detailed technical work undertaken. A public consultation event was held and meetings with the Parish Council. We are now working towards a first phase application for 200 dwellings later this year.
