Throughout its history, AC Lloyd has promoted and developed hundreds of new homes and community facilities in and around the village of Bishops Tachbrook.
Most recently, we have secured planning permission and developed land for 50 new homes, of which 40% were affordable homes, set around a central area of open space.
AC Lloyd is currently promoting land through the emerging South Warwickshire Local Plan with the capacity to deliver circa 500 new homes, new community facilities and open spaces including land that could form part of a wider country park.
