A C Lloyd has been promoting this site through the Local Plan for 600 dwellings approx and a primary school. Following the Public Inquiry the Inspectors modifications to the Local Plan were issued in early 2019, and the Local Plan will be adopted in June 2019 comfirming the inclusion of Coton park East in the housing allocation. An Outline planning application is being prepared for submission in the coming months.
